SHCA Wins AKC EDDY Award

The AKC Eddy Award is designed to encourage and reward Parent Clubs that demonstrate a breeder education effort (website, workshop, mentoring, Breeder Exhibitor Fancier Education Group) that provides information beyond the expected in an interesting and unique manner.

In 2024, at the AKC Delegate’s December meeting in Orlando, the American Kennel Club honored the Siberian Husky Club of America with the AKC Eddy Award. 

The AKC recognized Anne Palmer and Megan Terella, SHCA BEF Education Committee for providing outstanding breeder education information to their members and to new breeders of the Siberian Husky.
