2023 NATIONAL SPECIALTY BANQUET RESERVED TABLE -CLOSED

Be part of the California Dreamin’ and attend the 2023 Banquet!  This will be a great time where we will celebrate the Siberian Husky Club of America’s National Specialty and make our Annual Awards Presentations.  Enjoy hosting seven of your favorite guests at this gala event. A table may be reserved for $400.00. Each table will accommodate eight people. Please complete the registration form and submit it with the names of your guests and their entree selection.

The Banquet will be on Saturday evening, October 28, 2023.   You will hear from our esteemed panel of judges, clap for the Awards Winners, and leave with wonderful memories of your time in beautiful Southern California.

The banquet consists of a delicious meal offering your choice of three entrées.  Select from Wood Fired Grilled New York Steak with caramelized shallots, and served with a cabernet demi reduction.  It is accompanied by mashed potatoes and seasonal vegetables.  There is also an excellent All Natural Pan Roasted Herb Chicken Breast with a pearl onion demi glaze.  It is served with pesto Yukon gold whipped potatoes and seasonal vegetables.  Our third entrée is a Vegetable Wellington featuring roasted seasonal vegetables, spinach mushroom duxelles and mozzarella baked in puff pastry, served with tomato basil sauce.

There will be a featured Arugula and Frisse Salad, with roasted seasonal fruit, candied walnuts, shaved Manchego cheese and served with a sherry wine vinaigrette.

We will end this wonderful meal with a decadent Crème Brulé cheesecake with raspberry sauce and a seasonal mix of fresh berries.
