Calling all Vendors, Area Clubs, Rescue Organizations, and Creative People!
The S.H.C.A. National Specialty is the perfect opportunity for access to the Siberian Collecting Public! Don’t miss this opportunity to have a booth at the Show! Vending space will be indoors and near the rings.
Each space is 10’ x 10’ in size. The cost of each space is $130.00 for the week. Vending space is limited, and will be assigned in order of reservation received. We will make every attempt to minimize duplicate goods and services. This will be done by honoring the first reservation received of each type of goods or service.
Due to the space limitations, initially each vendor will only be allowed one 10’ x 10’ space. If there are spaces available after the reservation deadline, they will be offered to existing vendors in the order that the reservation was received. Should a vendor wish a space larger than 10’ x 10’, they should indicate this on the reservation form.
Spaces will be available for setup on Monday afternoon, October 14. Neither setup nor takedown may interfere with any competition or judging. The exact times for setup and takedown will be provided when the final schedule is known.
All vendors are required to provide a current Colorado Business Tax License or a Special Event Sales Tax License Number.
A reservation will not be accepted without this!
SHCA reserves the right to accept or reject any Vendor.
