RESERVED MOTOR HOME PARKING
AVAILABLE NIGHTS ARE 10/13/24-10/20/24
The Reservation deadline is September 18, 2024
Motor home parking is available at the Event Center right outside the grooming building, which is approximately 1,000 away. The fee for parking is $85.00 per night. There will be 25 RV spots available at the show site. Each space will have water (weather allowing) and 30 or 50 amp. electricity.
There are showers at the site and there is an onsite dump location. If you have a converter, we suggest you bring it. If water is not available, RVs can be filled on site at the stadium from a no freeze pump. We will offer a dumping truck in the middle of the week. The fee is not yet available and you will pay the dumping truck driver directly.
RV parking is only allowed in the RV designated area as assigned.
Absolutely NO RV parking outside of the designated area.
If you have a car that does not fit in the designated area, it must be parked in general parking. Quiet time will be from 11:00 pm through 6:00 am. RVs must have an exhaust stack. Black/grey water dumping IS NOT allowed except at the dumping station or dumping truck. This is a self-cleaning show. if you are using saw dust, then you must have plastic measuring 18” high around all x-pens and secured tightly so no saw dust can escape.
Application for an RV parking Space implies acknowledgment and agreement to adhere to all restrictions and rules. The RV Parking Pass is not a bailment. The SHCA, their respective executive boards, officers, members, agents, superintendents, and the Estes Park Event Center will not be responsible for damages, loss, or injury which may be sustained on the grounds of the complex including the disappearance, loss, or theft of any dogs or other property.
No refunds will be issued after the September 18th deadline. The RV chairman has the right to make changes as he/she deems necessary. If you wish to be parked next to someone, then both of you must include that on your application that you complete.
