PULLING APTITUDE EVALUATION
SHCA is once again offering a chance to test your Siberian’s instinct to pull and work alongside another dog. The Pulling Aptitude Test is a chance to evaluate your dog’s instinct to pull.
Harness Trial: the judge will place a properly sized harness on the dog to evaluate the dog’s willingness to accept having it put on and wearing it.
The judge will evaluate the following:
The lack of aggressiveness toward the other dog.
How quickly they adjust to the tension of having another dog working alongside, and how quickly they are able to focus on pulling, and not be focused on the other dog.
Eagerness to pull when released to do so.
Each dog who passes the test, that is pre-entered, will receive a certificate at the time of the test.
For those dogs that enter the same day as the test, and who pass, a certificate will be mailed to you.

ENTRIES WILL BE ACCEPTED ON THE DAY OF THE TEST FOR A FEE OF $15.00, PROVIDING SPACE ALLOWS
