CATALOG ADVERTISING
Each year, SHCA National Specialty Catalogs become collector’s pieces due to the historical content of the entries and ads. Make yourself part of that historical record for 2024 by advertising in this years National Specialty Catalog.
Ad rates are as follows:
Full page color ad......................................................................... $90.00
Full page black and white ad..............…......…....…......... $50.00
Electronic submission in one of the formats specified below is preferred; however, you may submit your ad by sending the requested layout on a piece of paper along with the actual photograph(s), and any other components that will be needed to create your ad. There will be an additional $10.00 charge if the ad is not submitted print ready.
If you are submitting your ad electronically, follow the guidelines below:
Scan pictures at 300 dpi, (color for color ads, or grayscale for b/w ads) sized and cropped as desired. Pictures must be submitted in either Word, PDF, or JPG format.
Create your full-page ad NO LARGER than 4.5” x 7.5”
Use Microsoft Word to create an electronic version of your ad. (Please note that your chosen font(s) may not be available and may have to be changed). DO NOT exceed the ad size listed above.
Make sure to follow SHCA’s Advertising Policy (listed below) and include the OFA and CERF/SHOR numbers for ALL DOGS identified in your ads.
All ads are subject to acceptance, rejection, or editing by SHCA, Inc.

SHCA Advertising Policy
For all dogs identified in advertisements OFA and CERF/SHOR numbers will be used when provided. When numbers are not provided, it will be so stated. If a non-current CERF/SHOR number (one not from the current or previous year) is provided, it will be so stated.
The only exception will be when adequate information is included with the ad to verify that the advertised Siberian is too young for OFA (two years) and/or CERF/SHOR (one year). When this occurs, it will be so stated.
